Return & Refund Policy

At RITBHAT, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with attention to detail. As many of our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we request you to read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal choice.

  • Please review the product description, size guide, and product images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for production or dispatch.

  • Once an order has been handcrafted, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories and jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, print placement, texture, or handcrafted details are a natural characteristic of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • RITBHAT reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
