At RITBHAT, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a different size or product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by the customer).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at rittbhat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Mention your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
