At RITBHAT, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at rittbhat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  4. Upon receipt and quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
